CEU's

The Colorado Coaching and Hypnotherapy Training Institute offers an opportunity for incredible educational and professional training and support. The classes in our weekend format training are available to Hypnotherapists, Hypnotists, Psychotherapists and Hypnotic-Coaches as Continuing Education Classes. This makes our specific five styles of Hypnosis more available to you who are already certified in the field. The school is accepted for continuing education units by the ACHE, IMDH, IACT, IHF, NGH, & ATPH. Each day class is 8.5 CEU’s and two-day classes are 17 CEU’s. Some classes include an offsite practicum and our worth more CEU hrs. Please let me know what you are interested in taking, because space is limited. A $50.00 deposit is required to hold your place. Since many of these classes require a minimum number of students to pay teacher fees, please register at least two weeks prior to class date. This is a very comprehensive class in hypnotic pain relief. Students will learn the psychology of pain. Pain is pain..emotional, physical, mental, & spiritual issues will be addressed and specific techniques will be taught. You will learn three theories of Pain Relief and how to apply them in many areas. You will learn how to understand dissociation and dislocation and to use these techniques effectively with clients. We will study Glove Anesthesia as a deepening technique. You will come away from this class with several different techniques of pain relief and know how to apply them in different situations. You will learn how to work with clients for all aspects of surgery…Pre-Opt-Post-Opt.  We will cover Hypnodontics, how to do insurance billing and how to get referrals from Medical Doctors. You will learn how to run very effective Pain Relief groups for people in chronic pain. Materials include a workbook, client handouts, Pain Relief Session Guides and research you can show to referring sources.  Class size will be 10-12 students. No previous training is required.

No matter what presenting problem your clients bring to you, it is usually connected to unresolved feelings of anger, grief, and shame. These could stem from incomplete communication or the residue of unresolved emotional trauma and neglect, much of it from the client’s childhood. But regression as practiced by most hypnosis practitioners is often not enough to affect permanent change. That is because the hypnotized client must do more than examine the memories and relive them. They must process the information with the Soul and learn the lessons of life. Students will learn to transform these memories of trauma into positive resources of safety. This class is very experiential and involves in depth inner child work.

Learn how to help your clients give birth in a calm, peaceful and joyous way. You will be given the tools to teach a six session childbirth series to a group or individual couple. Hypnosis eliminates the fear, tension, pain syndrome that leads to complications and interventions during birth and instead creates relaxation, confidence and comfort. Women find that their labors are significantly shortened, their discomfort levels are reduced, they are able to relax and rest during their pregnancies, and they are able to form deep prenatal bonds by practicing the techniques they learn in this powerful class.  Hypnosis for Childbirth is a very gratifying experience and the tools that your clients will receive will be beneficial not only for labor and delivery, but for a life time of parenting. This class is very beneficial for doulas and midwives and has all the hypnosis skill needed are taught within the class. Minimum students required 10.

In this course, students will have the opportunity to learn valuable tools and techniques that will support them in working with clients ranging from the recreational athlete to those on an Elite level. An excellent workbook and client handouts are included.  Students in the Sport Hypnosis course will learn how to help their clients to build confidence, increase mental toughness, improve focus and concentration, simply allow their body to operate on pure instinct, play more consistently in “The Zone”, recover quickly after a setback or mistake, and maintain calm and relaxation while playing or competing. In day three of this course, students will have the opportunity to learn valuable tools and techniques that will support them in working with teams in a variety of settings, from athletic teams to corporations. Students will learn how to help their clients establish a method and an approach that fuels success development, team cohesion, and several techniques for strong team building.

Students will learn how to use hypnosis to design their lives from the inside out. Life Design is a wonderful tool for human growth. A variety of different hypnosis techniques are taught to support the development of the Authentic Adult Self. Students will learn how to use hypnosis as a tool to help clients determine values, purpose and vision to create life design. Hypnotic skills will be taught as ways to increase inner connection and motivation of client. This class is taught in a coaching context, but skills can be applied to therapy. Communication techniques will be reinforced.

Marketing Bootcamp will teach you the nuts and bolts on how to earn a 6-figure income as a Hypnotic-Coach. You will walk away with real tools to create your business plan, advertising plan and learn internet marketing strategies to build a profitable practice. You will learn how to create a unique brand and position yourself in the marketing place for success, develop a basic business plan, market yourself on-line and off-line including the secrets of Website Development, Internet Advertising, Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Optimization, and print your own self-hypnosis programs on CD, free exposure on the media (print, TV, radio).  Class is taught in a coaching format, but applicable to therapy.

This class provides powerful coaching tools and techniques based on neurolinguistic programming.  Students will learn to utilize the NLP principles and methods to create coaching interventions and protocols to provide motivation and support clients to realize their goals.  Principles and methods covered include anchoring, reframing, shifting internal representations, chunking, shifting perceptual positioning and modeling. The second three days of this class builds on the foundation of the Tools and Techniques for NLP Coaching class.  Students will learn advanced versions of methods presented in that class, as well as methods to support clients to change time perception processing.  The class will focus on NLP applications to enhance coaching practice, such as habit change and increasing public speaking confidence. Class is taught in a coaching format, but applicable to therapy.
